AFP Stories

We just wrapped up The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP)’s Annual Convention in Chicago.  One of my main assignments for this convention was creating the “AFP Stories” video series.  Each story was compiled using an interview, B-roll footage, and a VO.
After shooting the interviews in our studio, I traveled locally capturing the B-roll needed. The most interesting location was the Helping Up Mission in Baltimore.  There I captured Rob, from his Barber Shop Community Foundation, in action giving haircuts to people in need.
Check out Rob’s story ↓

I also created this video featuring Karen Piontkowski from Direct Answer ↓

The AFP Stories video series was the backbone of this convention’s theme.  We created a huge book on the stage, that speakers such as Bill Clinton emerged from to speak at the event.

LAI’s 20th Anniversary

Leading Authorities had it’s 20th anniversary party at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and I created a bunch of different elements for the event.
It started with the theme graphic design.

Nick Bilton Speaker Introduction

I created Nick Bilton’s speaker introduction video for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Committee of 100 meeting.  Nick is a technology writer for the NY Times, so I used screen captures from Google image search to give his intro a techie feel.
